Hello Lambda Labs team,
I’ve read through your Terms of Service and had a question about user-generated content.
For one of your service Lambda Chat, are users free to use the output however they want? Just wanted to clarify.
Additionally, regarding data collected from usage of the service as per the privacy policy, does this include both the input and output from Lambda Chat as well?

Yep!

Input and output are encrypted in transit.

Sorry, this is with respect to the Inference API.
With respect to Lambda Chat, the chat is persisted but not copied, shared, or backed up. Users can delete their chats by clicking **Settings** \> **Delete all conversations**.
