# What legal action is taken if you cant pay an invoice?

I got an invoice for November and December. that’s odd because I have no memories that I ordered GPU on this site. I know I made an account back in 2019 but I didn’t order GPU. also the fact since I’m unemployed and have no money so I can’t even afford to pay these invoices. what legal action is taken? jail time and court hearing?  
I need to know so I can decide what I shall do. or is there any forgiveness? i checked my account and i found one running instance. that instance has now been terminated by me so it would not continue to run. but please forgive me this time.
